DO NOT use One Shot on 30 carbine!!! Believe me. 30 carbine and their tapered case are notorious for getting stuck in dies even with the best lube. I tried One Shot and had issues with it. I'd use it on straight wall pistol brass if I needed to, but good old RCBS lube and a lube pad is still the best.
