Israel did contract with CZ for K98 pattern rifles, they had a Czech lion crest on the receiver ring, an
IDF emblem (6 pointed star with sword and olive branch) near the serial number, and were normally stamped with 7.62 when rechambered. That is the correct style of bottom metal for IDF contract rifles, but I don't see anything else that fits.
Here is what an IDF contract action looks like.
The toe of the stock would also be marked (burned/branded) 7.62.
On edit: The sling might be Israeli, but can't tell without seeing the markings.
