I have a very early '06 .22 short only sn 66497, it needs the fore stock replaced since it was missing when I purchased the gun. I found a very good replacement fore stock but I am at a loss in trying to put it onto the gun. How do you remove the feed tube? If I could do this then the problem would be solved!
