It's 1:8 instead of 1:7. Very very minor, probably only keeps him from the very heaviest bullets he'd have to handload for anyway.

Edit: Hey Rebs, I think I saw that video, did the guy have a bunch of fail-to-fires in a row, and start saying his partner doesn't know how to load? If you ever need to see the reason you don't shoot someone else's reloads, that did it for me.
