With pocket pistols, accuracy is more relegated to how well the shooter can grip the gun. I've never seen a pocket pistol that didn't downsize its grip to something only a child or woman would be comfortable with. The first shot isn't the problem as much as the following shots are.....recoil tends to force the shooter to "re-grip".

The best semi-auto I've found is the Boberg. The reason it out shines others is the grip sits deep into the web of the hand, combined with the bull pup action the recoil is absorbed and controllable for follow up shots.
