What would the situation most likely be if an under 21 yr old has to go and ask a stranger to buy handgun ammo for him? Or someone he "hardly knows"?

Big red flag for me.

I was producing my own handgun ammo for many years before I turned 21. TO shoot in my father's pistols. But the world seemed a saner place back then.

But the world seemed a saner place back then. __________________ All else being equal (and it almost never is) bigger bullets tend to work better.
