I suggest getting a copy of Shotgun News and looking at the ads from places such as J&G Sales in Arizona, that specialize in moving lower-cost, European surplus firearms. But even those are probably going to be in the $200 to $300 range if you're going to be picky and expect to actually shoot them. You can pick up Saturday night specials (Jiminez/Wilkinson/Lorcin) for less, but I think most here would agree that you probably shouldn't try to actually shoot any of those.
