Pedersoli Gibbs .45 cal muzzle loader

Just got my Pedersoli .451 cal Gibbs long range muzzle loader.

Looking for folks out there for bullet casting and sizing information.

Read somewhere to cast 0.449 bullets, objective being that the bullet goes down the barrel just with the weight of the ram rod, i.e. a pretty loose fit.

Alternative is to cast larger bullets (0.450 or 0.451 bullets?), and run them through a lubrisizer to shave them down to 0.449 and lube them at same time.

I am thinking of a standard Creedmoor bullet, 540 grains, 1.500 inches long, the mould is seen here:

Other moulds are available here:

Help from anyone much appreciated.
