My Hornady 7th edition shows
For 50gr
Min HP38: 1.0 gr 650 fps
Max HP38: 1.3 gr 800fps and this load comes with a warning.
All I can say is that you’re a glutton for punishment if you want to load those little pills.
I found 380 to be difficult enough.
