I was really a leather fan until I purchased my first Kydex IWB from "Just Holster It" for my EDC LCR357. I like that this holster... retains well, is easily maintained (wipe down with damp cloth) and surprisingly comfortable. I wear it at 1:00 and forget that it's even there. I have a leather Azula IWB for my 3" LCRx that's nice, but am looking to get another Kydex because of their serious retention value. I have an array of Galco OWBs that are well made and I wear on occasion, my favorite being the Combat Master for the variety of guns it'll hold.

I also have a DeSantis pocket holster for my LCR's.
