Do you want to carry effortlessly? Then get the P3AT. I carry one in my pocket and don't feel a bit inconvenienced. BTW, $200 is a good price. Think on it.
If you want to sacrifice some convenience, get the 9MM. It is a much more powerful cartridge but the gun's gonna be bigger.
