Might try filing a lien on their business, but don't get your expectations up as to how that'll turn out down the road. They'll see it if they try to sell or file for bankruptcy. Could well be an impedement to their ability to do anything with the property and/or business.
Otherwise, it might just be high time to swallow hard, and move on.
