I suggest a LYMAN Turbo-Twin, very durable and the firm is a beaut to deal with too... and I'd leave those primers in and do them by hand, as corncob media especially will plug them, [a bit of a nuisance only.]

The inside will need a neck-brush only afterwards usually, as it does such a good job in only an hour or so.
