Assuming you have a smartphone, you can enlarge the page simply by placing two fingers on the screen at the same time and just spread them out towards the screen corners. Once or twice should be enough to enlarge the page so that you can select one button instead of two.
If your screen page is just overly cluttered/non-functional, (had this happen a few times), try deleting all browsing history, temp files, and open pages, then do a re-start of the phone.
