I carried a G30 daily for some six years, OWB.
No trouble with either concealment or access, ever.
The G30 is a very accurate and precise .45ACP.
FWIW, as regards Glock .45ACP guns, I have two G30s, two G36s and a G21; among those, IME the G30 is clearly the single best balance between carry comfort, concealability, reliability, ease of use, accuracy and precision.
Now the older I get, the lighter I want my CCW gun to be, so I've gone to a G26 for the past seven years or so
... but nonetheless, the G30 is still a great gun, perhaps the single best-overall Glock pistol.
