The Session ends January,2015. At present ,the House is made up of 234 GOP,201 Dems. The Senate is controlled by the Democrats 54-45 and 1 Independent.

John Boehner (R) of Ohio is the House Speaker.
Harry Reid (D) of Nevada is the Senate Majority Leader.

The last AWB expired on September 13,2004 after 10 years.
