Starline brass for less than $18/100, I'm not going to go through the hassle of making it from .223.

Hornady 86 grain .308 RN?

I normally buy RCBS or Hornady dies...but RCBS is $143.00

and Hornady doesn't make it... Lee has a 3-die set for thirty bucks, but I haven't bought Lee before...anyone used it?
