A soldering iron and your nose really helps with screws that have thread locker applied.
Use a sacrificial tip file it for maximum contact with the screw slot for heat transfer.

Have your nose directly above the work, when you smell the sweet odor of Loctite, quickly grab the proper driver and remove the screw.
