I ordered a Howa barreled receiver from them and have been quite happy with it, though I have not so far been able to get a barrel off a vanguard/howa 1500, so it's a one-shot deal, so to speak. I like the looks of the 700 style bergara action and have considered getting one, but I can't tell if the barrel is reasonably replaceable by the end-user.
