Hodgdon's web site list's the 45 colt 230gr bullet w/Titegroup at 5.8 to 6.5 min and max for lead. You should be fine with staying with the lead data.
If I were doing it I'd up the minumim load from 5.8 to 6.0gr for your to account for the extra friction of the copper plating.
