I agree that it is the responsibility of any CCW permit/license holder to know the laws under which he carries, but those laws are enforced by the police. It most assuredly
IS a police officer's responsibility to know what the law requires, allows, and prohibits. If he
doesn't know that, how can he (or she) enforce the laws?
