I load on a Dillion and to date no double charges. I think you are less prone to double charges on progressives than if you charge the cases on a loading block. When I used loading blocks and an RCBS little Dandy, I would miss a case, get out of sequence. I do not remember a double charge but it could happen.

Anyway I use 4.5 grains Bullseye behind a 230 LRN. Works great.
