I can't address other brands, since I've used nothing but Remington primers for the last 25 years. I've never had a single problem with literally hundreds of thousands of Remington primers, so I've stuck with them. I originally switched from CCI because of misfires and other QC problems, although I am told that those problems were solved years ago.

I believe that you will have good results with Remington, Winchester, CCI, RWS, and Federal.*
(*If you can afford them. Federal is mighty proud of their primers)

All of the major brands today are excellent.
