There is a huge disconenct between the different "Arsenal" rifles:
You have the Bulgarian made milled and stamped.
You have the dressed up Saiga ( russian)
You have the ones made of mostly Bulgarian parts, but assembled in Nevada ( the most expensive) and labled "us made".
I suggest you tell us the model, and place of manufacture before ANY ONE can tell you if it is a "good deal" or not.
