Thanks for the quick reply. When I called ISP the first time and received an automated recording it stated waiting time was 8-10 weeks from the time your money order was cashed. So I called Money Gram and they stated it was cashed on 1/4/13. So after that i followed the recordings steps and emailed them with all the info needed. I received a auto reply saying it would be 14-16 weeks due to the high volume of applications. Next week will be 7 months. When I applied for my 4 year it took about 2 weeks to receive in the mail. Every where I have read up on this Indiana seems to be the slowest state. Once again thank you.
