A clean and properly lubricated CZ75 will function with just about any commercially available 9mm ammo. From the controversial 84gr GECO BAT (youngsters, look it up
) to 158gr Fiocchi target and everything in between... the gun will shoot them all without so much as a recoil spring change, and shoot them well.
My current CZ75B SA has a particular fondness for 147 gr bullets at around <900 fps, frequently cutting in half those group sizes produced by other weights...which is fine by me, because these loads tend to be the softest shooting, while still making minor power factor.
There I go again... I can't help it, in over 30 years, a CZ75 has never, ever let me down, not even once. I can't say that for too many other handguns.
