As a matter of fact. 72 grains yielded an average velocity of 3303, 71.5 grains yielded an average velocity of 3305, 71 grains gave an average velocity of 3302, with a single digits SD.

I may drop another half grain and see if that trend continues. SD has gotten progressively better as I drop the powder charge. And so far this flat spot in velocity is 1.5 grains wide.

I can only figure it's because I can only burn so much powder in this 22 inch barrel.
