I can't remember the exact charge, but I've had my best results (in a Swedish mauser) using IMR 4350. I almost exclusively use the Hornady 140gr bullet, and I load it to about 2650fps. This is a fine load in my Swede, giving almost monotonous 1" groups at 100yds, as long as I don't jerk the trigger.
I imagine the H4350 would give similar results.

I tried a couple of loads with Varget, but wasn't as pleased with the results. I admit I didn't do a thorough, exhaustive study of the Varget, but it didn't seem to produce as nice a result. You might have excellent luck with it, however... it is a nice powder.
