There are definitely some out there. The Stormfront comes to mind. Only problem is that most BMG suppressor manufacturers only sell them to .mil types
Anyway, from what I have heard about them, they do not act as a brake and actually increase felt recoil. Take that for what it's worth as I have never tried one myself.
