The answer is neither since you said "100/200/300" yards. If you had said 100, then I'd say Eotech trumps Aimpoint.

But for your use, you need to get a magnified optic of at least 3 or 4 power minimum to shoot at 200 yards or more. Preferably more like 9/10x+. A 1x dot completely covers your bullseye and quite a bit more around the bullseye at 200+.

Consequently, since you didn't mention a limiting budget, this is probably the best scope for you - giving you the best of both worlds:
