I use universal for 9mm range (target) loads only and only with cast bullets. 3.9-4.5 gr w/ Cast 124 gr Truncated Cone and Round nose type bullets.
Power Pistol is used for Hotter loads, tho still cast bullets. I never exceed 6 gr w/ any cast 9mm bullet...and with my CZ52 loads I use 6 gr for the heavier 110 gr slug and 8 gr for the light Lee- cast Tokarev bullet.
