Does anybody have any history/value on the following small rifle:

Single shot, .22 cal, bolt action, with a pull-back cocking knob.

Marked as: "Anciens Establissements Sieper. Herstal-Belgium Brevet 284243 S.G.D.G. Patented Dec 16, 1919"

It has some other inspection stamps, "22L" and a ser number on various parts.
