I took the class year from Mas while he was doing out LFI 2 class in Illinois. HEre are a few things to remember. It is hands on training. Hands on training means you are going to get bruised. battered and tattered. Having said that I would reccomend his class to anyone. I watched the instructors daughter take down a 300 pound guy inthe class and make him yell "Mommy".
Hav eher take that class. Take a baggie and plenty of ice foer her wrists but hav eher take the class.
