I just checked bulkammo.com for .45 ACP. They have Remington FMJ for $250/500 or $50/100. Walmart sells this exact product for about $45/100.

The main problem with Walmart is the lack of variety but if you only want basic stuff... I would expect a bulk seller to beat Walmart.
