I have a buddy interested in getting into handgun shooting, with an eye towards eventual CCW.

I know there are some "big hands" threads going but....this guy is just shy of 7' tall (yes), about 375 lbs, with hands like a freakin baseball glove. His pinky ring hangs loose on my thumb, and I'm not skinny by any stretch.

Considering this, would there be any recommendations as to what line of weapon I can direct him to? The only thing I have are some full size Springfield XDs and I'm not sure they're going to cut the mustard.
