That can will probably not make the .45 hearing safe without some kind of artificial medium added to it. Even then it will be in the 130+ decibel range. There are no centerfire pistol cans that make the gun so quiet all you hear is the slide. None I have seen/heard anyway. If you want that quiet you need to go to a SMG like a MP5SD or a Uzi. They can be very quiet with the right ammo/can.
