^^^ Tough call in my opinion; i wouldn't want to live life at half speed, mentally speaking. Of course, i seriously doubt the cat realizes it is dumb, and i doubt the other cats are smart enough to make fun of its lack of mental abilities. Does this mean all mentally ill children should be "put down"; certainly not. It's probably good i don't have kids.
