Here is what the Wheeler Fat Wrench is listing but don't take this as the last word or only reference. .....

Base screws; 30 In-Lbs.
Ring screws; Alum. ; 10-15 In-Lbs.
Ring screws; Steel.; 15-20 In-Lbs.
Windage srews; 30-40 In-Lbs.

There are other listing for Guard Screws that I won't bother to list at this time. ...
