I didn't get down into the basement last night to check the headstamp on my .303, but as I recall everythign I bought several years ago was the more recently manufactured South African stuff, not the earlier vintage.

I do, however, know for a fact that it is later production nitrocellulose. I pulled a bullet when I got the first batch a couple of years ago.
