Slice into little steaks.
Throw half a stick of butter in the pan.
Onions and garlic join the butter for a few minutes.
Add meat (elk, or antelope usually) and cook till just barely pink in the center.

Serve it up with some taters (sliced and fried, or mashed), and the adult beverage of the day.
