I would buy a Smith & Wesson M&P 15T. I would either put a nice red dot on it or if I put a scope on it I would probably use a US Optics TS 8x. $1100 for the rifle, probably $600 for the scope. And $2,000 for 5000 rounds of M855 ammunition. And have $1000 left over
