A CZ Kadet Kit .22LR conversion will fit on your PCR. I use mine on both my 75B, and PCR and it works great on both. Yes, they have become pricey, around $300, but worth it.
If you prefer a dedicated .22, try to find a used Ruger MK II or MK II era 22/45. If you must get a MK III, remove the LCI, and the mag disconnect. The Rugers are excellent .22's and can be upgraded to whatever level you want.
