The chamberings are a little specialized, and will not appeal to a wide range of buyers - and a wide appeal (aka: demand) is how many firearms are evaluated.

I would put the sporterized Springfield @ $300-$350 ( a more common chambering would bring more); the sporterized Mauser also @ $300-$350 (the bull bbl has limited appeal, mainly to dedicated varminters); and the Redfield scope @ $300 - for a total retail value of $900-$1K.
