A 686 was my first handgun ever about 20 years ago. Have owned 4 through the years. My current one is a 12 year old 6" version that is one of the most accurate revolvers I have ever shot.

I'll second that! I borrowed a Marlin 1894 from a friend in 357 mag and had a hec of time shooting it! Also used to own a 1894 in 44 mag. I hope to find a nice 357 Marlin one of these days.
