I will debate the hind legs like a man.
I shoot my 460 on my hind legs, but because of the woose factor. I have never shot it from a bench, and refuse to do so. Too hard on the shoulder and elbows.

I used to shoot like that when I was going to college. 3 times each week my classes would end at 12:15, I'd head to the range, shoot for maybe an hour and a half, then pack up and go to work.
