No, I have no experience with those loads in a .45 Colt, but I do have a lot with loads for a .44 Mag with a 300 grain bullet using the same powders and WLP primers. I do have experience with .45 Colt loads using lighter bullets (up to 255 gr) and those powders and primers. If the experience is anything like the .44 Mag, you might be surprised by the recoil. It actually feels lighter than a similar load using a lighter bullet. In other words, it isn't unpleasant.
