The actual usage of marijuana is not our issue, nor is the how to use it.
A conflict between state and local laws would be relevant. The issue of legalization of marijuana for medical purposes and how that interacts with gun rights would be.
However, a general discussion of marijuana usage is not. This is a narrow line to walk.
