PSP--the difference between a chrome bore and chrome lined barrel is just that. The bore (where the bullet/case goes into the barrel) is chrome lined to help in extraction/feeding when it's dirty or fouled.

An example many people are familiar with---early versions of the M16 didn't have this feature but after having reliability issues in Vietnam, they chrome lined the bores of the M16s. Nowadays, M4s have chrome lined barrels (the whole length of the barrel has the lining). Lining the barrel itself helps extend the durability of the barrel from (rough figures here) 10k rounds to 30k rounds. The 82 does not have this feature (chrome lined barrel) but I'm just explaining the difference.

As far as how do I know it---it's visible when you look in the bore. I don't want this to come off as rude (not how I intend it at all) but the chrome is visible just like the polygonal rifling is visible. On the CZ82 website, this information is posted as well.
