Both barrels fire at the same time with each trigger pull. Twice the recoil but since the sights are aligned between the barrels and the barrels are aligned to be parallel rather than converging at a certain distance the accuracy is... mediocre.

Not something I'd want. If I want to be able to pull the trigger 14 times per mag on a 1911 I'll carry my Para P14.45. If I'm pulling the trigger 7 times per mag I'll go with a single stack 1911. At least then the recoil isn't so bad and I know that where I'm pointing is actually where I'm going to hit.
