AFAIK, all that's needed is either a .25 cal bbl, chambered to .25-35, or your .30 cal bbl reamed/lined/rifled to .257 & chamberd to .25-35.

If you cannot handle the lining/chambering work, I would suggest Noonan Gunsmithing for the conversion conversation.
